Acid Gas:
top Turn to the experts at EnerSource Compression Systems with your acid gas needs or other corrosive applications. Years of experience and focus in this market has given EnerSource Compression Systems the know how to develop  the right solution for your specific needs. EnerSource Compression Systems has developed a variety of welding procedures for carbon and stainless steel to meet the demands of corrosive requirements.

Fuel Gas Boosters:   top Turn to the experts at EnerSource Compression Systems with your fuel gas booster needs. Whether you are dealing with a sweet or sour gas application, you can trust that EnerSource Compression Systems has the know how to develop a custom solution to meet your required fuel gas booster needs. EnerSource Compression Systems has developed gas boosters for many applications including CNG, sweet pipeline gas, and landfill gas/co-generation with high concentrations of CO2 and CH4.

Gas Gathering:   top EnerSource Compression Systems custom fabricates all sizes of compressor packages for gas gathering applications. We match a compressor package to meet your design requirements, whether your application warrants boosting of a new line or an already existing line. Our attention to detail and compliance with customer specifications separates us from the rest of the industry.

Landfill Gas:   top Landfill gas compression is considered a part of EnerSource Compression Systems' core business. Many other compressor packagers treat the landfill business as filler work, while we at EnerSource Compression Systems not only consider it a part of our core business, but a business we understand and work hard at developing. Depending on the demands of the compressor application and type of gas, reciprocating, rotary vane, or rotary screw compressors are used as design conditions warrant.

Re-injection:   top When your compressor needs call for re-injection, look to EnerSource Compression Systems to find a high pressure solution. Multiple staging, high pressure and flexibility to meet possible changing conditions are always top priority as we package your compressor for re-injection. Reciprocating compressors are most commonly used as they will provide the most flexibility with multiple staging.

Refrigeration/Gas Chiller:   top Gas plant glycol dehydration, gas chiller, and refrigeration skids are a part of EnerSource Compression Systems' packaging operation. Focus on your specific process application and the use of HYSIM software allows us to meet your pressure dew point requirements. Many times the refrigeration skids may be placed on the same skid as the compressor package. This eliminates the need for additional installation, and keeps your process neat and clean.

Vapor Recovery:   top EnerSource Compression Systems can assist you in developing a vapor recovery unit as an economical alternative means to venting or flaring and keeping you within governmental compliance. EnerSource Compression Systems' experience ranges from single tanks with low volumes to multiple tanks with volumes over 1.0 mmscfd. While sliding vane and oil flooded rotary screw compressors are commonly used, depending on final discharge, a reciprocating compressor may also be used.

Wellhead:   top EnerSource Compression Systems will package compressors for your wellhead application designed to your specifications. Since EnerSource Compression Systems does not operate a rental fleet of units built to a standard design, we can give total focus to building the unit you want. Wellhead compression packages available include rotary screw, reciprocating, or sliding vane as design conditions specify.

EnerSource Compression Systems utilizes Caterpillar and Waukesha gas engines, Ariel and Gemini reciprocating compressors, LeRoi, Mycom, and Ariel rotary screw compressors, and Fuller Bulk Handling and AC Compressor sliding vane compressors.
